Thane, Mumbai (Work from Office)
Role:
Customer Service Executive - Australian Telecom (Voice Process)
Salary:
Competitive, based on experience + attractive incentives
Shift:
Australia Shift - 3:00 AM to 3:00 PM (any 9 working hours)
Work Days:
5 days working, 2 rotational week-offs
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound calls for Australian telecom customers
Provide excellent customer service by resolving queries and concerns
Recommend and upsell telecom products and services to customers
Maintain accuracy in customer records and ensure satisfaction
Work towards achieving sales and service targets
Candidate Requirements
HSC / Graduate (Experienced candidates with minimum 6 months of Customer Service experience)
Excellent English communication skills
- both spoken & written
Prior BPO experience preferred (customer service/upselling/telecom domain)
Willingness to work in
Australian shifts
Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills
