We are seeking an experienced Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment activities across multiple roles. The successful candidate will partner with hiring managers to attract, assess, and hire high-quality talent while ensuring compliance with Australian employment legislation.
Key Responsibilities
Manage full recruitment lifecycle: job briefing, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management, and onboarding
Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and role requirements
Advertise roles across job boards (e.g. SEEK, LinkedIn), social media, and internal channels
Proactively source candidates using direct search, talent pools, referrals, and networking
Conduct phone and face-to-face/virtual interviews
Coordinate interview processes and provide candidate feedback
Prepare employment offers and contracts in line with company policies
Maintain accurate recruitment records in the ATS
Ensure compliance with Fair Work Act, EEO, and privacy requirements
Build and maintain strong candidate and stakeholder relationships
Provide recruitment reporting and market insights
Skills & Experience
Proven experience as a Recruiter or Talent Acquisition Specialist in Australia
Strong knowledge of Australian employment legislation and recruitment practices
Experience recruiting across multiple role types (white-collar, blue-collar, or specialist roles)
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to manage multiple vacancies and priorities
Experience with ATS and sourcing tools (e.g. LinkedIn Recruiter)

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
