Job Overview:
We are looking for dynamic and confident International Sales Executives with prior experience in international BPO sales. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to thrive in a target-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Engage with international customers (Australian market) to promote and sell energy products/services.
Achieve sales targets through outbound calls and effective negotiation.
Understand customer needs and offer appropriate solutions.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Build and maintain positive relationships with clients.
Handle objections and resolve customer concerns professionally.
Required Experience:
Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in International BPO Sales is mandatory.
Candidates with experience in Australian energy or international voice process will be preferred.
Skills & Competencies:
Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
Cool-tempered with the ability to handle rejection.
Adaptable to a fast-paced sales environment.
Strong problem-solving and customer-handling skills.
Shift Timing:
5:00 AM - 2:00 PM
Salary & Benefits:
Salary: ₹22,000 - ?35,000 per month + Attractive Incentives
