We are seeking an experienced

Senior Accountant / Team Leader

with 5-8 years of expertise in Australian accounting processes. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of accounting standards, hands?on experience with leading accounting tools, and the ability to lead a team while reviewing year?end accounts.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage a team of accountants handling Australian accounting processes. Review and finalize

year?end accounts

in compliance with Australian standards. Ensure accuracy and timeliness of financial reporting. Work extensively with accounting tools such as

Xero, MYOB, and QuickBooks

. Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to resolve queries and ensure smooth operations. Maintain compliance with company policies and Australian tax/accounting regulations.
Required Qualifications & Skills

Experience:

5-8 years in Australian accounting business process.

Education:

Bachelor's/Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

Technical Skills:

Proficiency in Xero, MYOB, QuickBooks. Strong knowledge of Australian accounting standards and year?end review processes. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem?solving skills. Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
