About the Company and 'Role/Position' Overview :- A prominent player in the Capital Market sector, with a nationwide presence and managing assets exceeding INR 20,000+ Crores is hiring highly motivated, seasoned and accomplished individual/s as "Wealth Relationship Manager/s" at Ahmedabad, Bengaluru/Bangalore, Chennai, Delhi, Hyderabad, Kolkata, Mumbai, Pune, Ranchi.- The company provides best-in-class Wealth Management Solutions, along-with allied services of Capital markets broking, Corporate Finance & Advisory, Fixed Income, Trade finance and Insurance Broking by it's subsidiary company.- The individual identified and selected for the above-mentioned role will be a 'key member' and shall be responsible and accountable for the below mentioned tasks and responsibilities in an Individual Contributor (IC) role.Key Responsibility Areas (KRAs) :- Plan and execute sales promotions and initiatives to drive 'new' client acquisition efforts to expand the portfolio of HNI, UHNI and Corporate clients by implementing strategies for activation of inactive clients with a focus on client retention;- Conduct thorough analysis of Risk profiles of clients to understand their requirement and provide a comprehensive 360-degree financial planning in alignment to client's investment goals;- Present and sell a diverse range of third-party financial products from various financial and asset management companies (AMC) for Mutual Funds, Fixed Deposits, Portfolio Management Services (PMS), Structured Products, Sovereign and Corporate Bonds and other relevant investment avenues;- Maintain a strong understanding of current capital market scenarios and stay informed about the competitive landscape understanding, including competitor activity and new product developments in the market;Preferred candidate profile :- Graduate/Post-graduate degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.- Atleast 3+ years of overall working experience in dealing with HNI clients and Corporate Treasuries.- Proven track record in client acquisition, relationship management and achieving sales targets in the Wealth Management space.- Good knowledge of financial products (MF, FD, PMS, Structured Product, Sovereign and Corporates Bonds, HL and LAP).- Familiarity and experience working with HNI, UHNI, and Corporate clients.- and prior experience in Marketing and Servicing 'Existing/New Customers' by providing best financial solutions to our clients will be a prerequisite requirement for this role.- Impeccable Communication and Presentation skills.- Local candidates and 'Early Joiners' will be preferred.
