Job Description

The Internal Audit Trainee will assist in evaluating internal processes to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. This position offers hands-on exposure to auditing practices and an opportunity to contribute to process enhancements while gaining practical experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in reviewing and auditing internal processes to ensure compliance and operational effectiveness. Document audit findings and prepare basic audit reports under supervision. Work collaboratively with various teams to identify gaps and areas for improvement. Support the development and execution of corrective action plans. Maintain well-organized records of audits, findings, and follow-up actions. Participate in and take responsibility for conducting process audits within the company.

Qualifications:

Any graduate. Strong attention to detail with excellent analytical skills. Effective communication and teamwork abilities. Basic knowledge of auditing principles or a willingness to learn.
