Key Responsibilities:
Conduct regular and surprise audits at assigned clinics
Review clinic operations, processes, and documentation for compliance
Verify financial records, billing, cash handling, and inventory
Check adherence to SOPs, internal policies, and regulatory guidelines
Identify gaps, risks, and non-compliance issues
Prepare detailed audit reports with findings and recommendations
Follow up on corrective actions and ensure timely closure
Coordinate with clinic staff and management during audits
Maintain confidentiality and integrity of audit data
Travel Requirement:
Frequent travel to multiple clinic locations is mandatory
Willingness to travel locally and outstation as per audit schedule
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or related field
Proven experience as an Auditor or similar role (Healthcare/Clinic experience preferred)
Strong analytical and reporting skills
Good knowledge of audit procedures and compliance standards
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting tools
