Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented Auditor to review financial records, loan files, and internal processes to ensure accuracy, compliance, and risk control. The ideal candidate will help maintain financial discipline and support internal audits in a salary-based loan environment.

Responsibilities

Conduct internal audits of financial records, loan files, and transactions Verify compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements Review documentation related to disbursement, collection, and recovery Identify discrepancies, risks, and process gaps Prepare audit reports and share findings with management Ensure proper implementation of corrective actions Coordinate with finance, credit, and collection teams

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field 1-3 years of experience in auditing, finance, or NBFC/loan company preferred Knowledge of internal audit procedures and compliance standards Strong analytical and MS Excel skills High attention to detail and integrity
