Key Responsibilities
Financial Audits
Reconcile cash balances with system records
Verify account accuracy and ensure timely reconciliations
Compliance & Internal Controls
Ensure adherence to hospital policies, procedures, and regulatory standards
? Risk Identification & Mitigation
Detect financial, inventory, and operational risks
Recommend and support implementation of mitigation strategies
Audit Reporting
Draft comprehensive audit reports with clear findings
Present actionable insights to senior management
Process Optimization
Evaluate workflows and systems for inefficiencies
Propose improvements to enhance safety, cost-effectiveness, and productivity
Data Analysis
Analyze financial and operational data to uncover anomalies
Investigate discrepancies and recommend corrective actions
Cross-Department Collaboration
Partner with Public Health, Finance, Operations, and Hospital Units
Assist teams in resolving audit-related challenges
Training & Mentorship
Support staff at Primary Eye Care Centers
Share best practices and foster audit awareness
Specialized Focus: Optical Services Audit
Inventory Control:
Validate stock records and procedural compliance
Cash Handling:
Ensure cash collections match system entries and bank deposits
Sales & Revenue:
