Job Roles & Responsibilities:

Conduct internal audits:

Perform comprehensive audits of financial transactions, operational processes, and clinical practices.

Evaluate financial controls:

Assess the effectiveness of internal financial controls and compliance with regulations and policies.

Risk assessment:

Identify and evaluate risks within hospital operations and processes.

Process testing:

Use observation, interviews, documentation review, and data analysis to test internal processes and controls.

Document findings:

Prepare detailed audit reports that include findings, the cause, and potential consequences.

Provide recommendations:

Propose actionable recommendations to management to improve efficiency, control, and compliance.

Report generation:

Prepare accurate and timely reports on audit findings for management.

Compliance assurance:

Ensure the hospital is compliant with all applicable healthcare regulations and internal policies.

Collaboration:

Work with other departments to develop and implement risk management strategies and process improvements.

Job Specifications:

Qualification: Any Graduate/PG Work Experience: 2-15 years in Audit department specifically in Healthcare Industry Must be flexible to travel Work Location: Hyderabad
