. The ideal candidate will manage end-to-end audit assignments, lead audit teams, ensure compliance with regulatory standards, and deliver high-quality client service.
Key Responsibilities:Audit Management:
Lead statutory, tax, internal, and management audit assignments for clients across industries.
Plan and execute audit strategies in accordance with applicable standards (Ind AS, IGAAP, IFRS, etc.).
Supervise fieldwork, guide team members, and ensure timely completion of assignments.
Client Handling:
Act as a key point of contact for clients during audits.
Understand client operations, risk areas, and provide insights and value-added recommendations.
Maintain strong client relationships and ensure high levels of satisfaction.
Compliance & Documentation:
Ensure audits comply with ICAI, Companies Act, Income Tax, GST, and other applicable regulations.
Prepare and review working papers, financial statements, audit reports, and other documentation.
Identify control weaknesses and propose corrective measures.
Team Leadership:
Guide and mentor junior audit staff and articles.
Review team deliverables and provide timely feedback.
Ensure knowledge transfer and team skill development.
Other Responsibilities:
Support partners and senior management in business development efforts.
Stay updated on regulatory and industry changes.
Participate in internal training and process improvement initiatives.
