Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage multiple
statutory, tax, internal, and special audits
across various sectors.
Supervise and review work of junior audit staff and ensure timely completion of assignments.
Plan audits, allocate resources, and guide the team through audit execution and reporting.
Prepare and review
audit reports
,
financial statements
, and
working papers
.
Ensure compliance with
Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS), Income Tax Act, GST, and Companies Act
provisions.
Interact directly with clients for audit planning, query resolution, and finalization.
Identify process improvements and advise clients on risk and internal control issues.
Coordinate with partners and ensure reporting timelines are met
