Experience Required:

Minimum 5 years in auditing and compliance, including 1-2 years in a leadership role

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage audit teams in executing

statutory, internal, and tax audits

Plan, assign, and review audit work to ensure quality, accuracy, and timely delivery Analyze financial data, assess risk areas, and offer strategic recommendations Ensure adherence to

auditing standards

and

regulatory requirements

(ITR, GST, TDS, ROC, etc.) Develop and refine audit methodologies, checklists, and reporting frameworks Coordinate with clients, regulatory authorities, and internal teams to resolve audit-related matters Mentor junior auditors and support their professional development Stay current with changes in auditing standards, tax laws, and compliance frameworks

Qualifications & Skills:

Qualified CA or CMA (India)

or equivalent certification Minimum 2

years of audit experience

2+ years in a relevant role

, and at least

1-2 years in a leadership capacity

Solid understanding of

financial compliance

ITR filing

TDS

ROC

processes Advanced skills in

MS Excel
