Job Summary

We are seeking a

committed and capable Accounts & Tax Executive

to join our Chartered Accountancy firm. The role involves handling

Income Tax, GST, TDS, ROC filings, Tally accounting, payroll, audits (statutory, internal, stock, and tax)

and preparation of project reports & CMA data.

Roles & Responsibilities

Prepare & file Income Tax Returns

for individuals, firms, and companies, ensuring timely compliance.

Handle TDS calculations, deductions, and filings

, including preparation and submission of quarterly returns.

Manage GST filings

, prepare monthly/quarterly returns, handle reconciliations, and reply to notices.

Perform ROC filings & MCA compliance

for various business entities, including registrations and annual filings.

Maintain books of accounts in Tally

, including day-to-day accounting, bookkeeping, bank reconciliations, and ledger scrutiny.

Prepare & process payroll

, including PF, ESI, PT filings, and related statutory compliance.

Assist in statutory, internal, stock, and tax audits

, including drafting audit reports and working papers.

Draft and prepare Project Reports & CMA data

for bank loans, funding proposals, and other financial requirements.

Coordinate with clients

, resolve queries, and maintain effective communication for timely data collection and compliance.

Lead & guide junior team members

, ensuring work quality and adherence to deadlines.

Maintain up-to-date knowledge

of applicable tax laws, amendments, and compliance requirements.

Prepare responses for tax and statutory notices

, handle follow-ups with government departments when needed.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
