Audit Staff for supports the audit and assurance functions of our CFO service provided CA firm by assisting in internal audits, statutory audits, compliance reviews, and financial verification assignments for multiple client organizations. The role involves understanding client business processes, verifying financial records, ensuring compliance with applicable laws, and supporting senior audit professionals in delivering high-quality audit services.
Duties and Responsibilities
Assist in conducting internal, statutory, tax, and compliance audits for client entities.
Verify books of accounts, vouchers, invoices, and supporting documents.
Perform basic audit procedures including vouching, verification, and reconciliation.
Assist in preparation of audit working papers and documentation.
Support review of internal controls and compliance with accounting standards.
Assist in GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance verification.
Coordinate with client finance teams to collect required audit data and clarifications.
Identify audit observations, errors, and control gaps and report to seniors.
Assist in preparation of audit reports and management notes.
Maintain confidentiality and follow professional ethics and audit standards.
Requirements of Candidate
CA Inter or final / CMA Inter or final / ACCA students will be an added advantage.
1 - 4 year experience.
knowledge of MCA, CS related practice and regulations., accounting principles, auditing standards, and taxation.
Working knowledge of Tally, Excel, and basic accounting software.
Good analytical and documentation skills.
Ability to handle multiple client assignments and deadlines.
Strong communication and coordination skills.
Willingness to learn and adapt in a professional services environment.
