We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented

Audit Manager

to lead statutory, internal, tax, and special audits for a diverse client base. The role involves managing audit engagements end-to-end, supervising teams, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and standards, and maintaining strong client relationships.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Audit & Assurance

Plan, manage, and execute

statutory audits, internal audits, tax audits, and special audits

Ensure compliance with

Companies Act, Income Tax Act, GST laws, and applicable accounting standards (Ind AS / AS)

Review audit working papers, reports, and financial statements Identify risk areas and provide value-added recommendations to clients

Team Management

Lead, mentor, and review work of audit seniors, articles, and assistants Allocate assignments, monitor timelines, and ensure quality deliverables Conduct performance reviews and provide technical guidance

Client Management

Act as the primary point of contact for audit clients Handle client queries, discussions, and audit closures professionally Build long-term client relationships and support business development efforts

Compliance & Reporting

Finalize audit reports, CARO reports, tax audit reports, and certifications Coordinate with partners on complex accounting, audit, and regulatory matters Stay updated with changes in laws, standards, and professional pronouncements

REQUIRED SKILLS & COMPETENCIES

Strong knowledge of

audit procedures, accounting standards, and regulatory frameworks

Excellent analytical, documentation, and reporting skills Proficiency in

MS Excel, audit tools, and accounting software

Leadership and team-handling capabilities Strong communication and client-facing skills Ability to manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE

Experience in handling

mid-size to large corporate audits

Exposure to

manufacturing, service, or multi-location clients

Prior

experience in a CA firm

environment is mandatory

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
