Job Description

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive

Audit Manager - Field Operations

to oversee and execute audits across our food outlet network. This role involves extensive travel and on-site inspections to ensure operational excellence, financial integrity, hygiene compliance, and adherence to SOPs across all outlets. The ideal candidate has experience in

retail food chains, QSRs, or hospitality

, and is comfortable working in the field with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct regular

field audits

across company-owned and/or franchised food outlets. Evaluate

compliance with company SOPs

, hygiene and food safety standards (e.g., FSSAI), inventory controls, cash handling, and operational protocols. Perform

surprise audits

to assess store-level risks and fraud prevention. Review and analyze

sales records, stock usage, wastage, and pilferage

. Identify gaps and discrepancies in store operations and suggest corrective actions. Prepare detailed

audit reports

with findings, risk assessments, and actionable recommendations. Collaborate with Operations, HR, and Finance teams to follow up on audit observations. Train outlet staff and managers on audit best practices and SOP compliance. Monitor

corrective action implementation

and perform re-audits where necessary. Maintain audit documentation and uphold confidentiality standards. Assist in developing and updating

audit checklists

and processes specific to the food retail environment.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field. 4-8 years of experience in internal or operational auditing, preferably in the

food, QSR, or hospitality

sector.

Pay: ₹65,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
