Undertake investigations into allegations of fraud, corruption and misconduct under the aegis of the Ethics Committee Act as a \'Trusted Advisor\' to business across verticals

A purpose driven role for you

Review of design and operating effectiveness of internal controls by successfully managing the Internal Audit calendar and IFC framework:
\xe2\x97\x8f Review Pre Audit Risk Assessment activities, participate in pre-audit discussion\\s (kick-off) to finalize \xe2\x80\x9crisk to scope\xe2\x80\x9d, Audit Program ensuring appropriate coverage and depth.
\xe2\x97\x8f Supervise audit fieldwork and ensure completion within budgeted timelines, and all audit queries are resolved timely.
\xe2\x97\x8f Ensure that draft report is prepared after discussing findings with the line management and ensuring factual accuracy.
\xe2\x97\x8f Hold closing meetings with Functional Head of audited process/function and ensure all issues are appropriately closed with responsibility, action plans and due dates agreed.
\xe2\x97\x8f Ensure appropriate documentation is maintained to support coverage of areas, conclusions drawn and issues reported in line with Internal Audit Methodology and ICAI\'s IFC Guidance note.
\xe2\x97\x8f Review auditee feedback and take appropriate actions to maintain consistently high performance.
Monitor key risk indicator and support implementation of corrective action plans to mitigate risk
\xe2\x97\x8f Partner with business in closure of audit actions
\xe2\x97\x8f Ensure timely escalation of long pending audit issues at Functional Head level
\xe2\x97\x8f Prepare Audit committee deck for Action Taken Report (ATR)
\xe2\x97\x8f Improve the ATR process through automation. Ensure that audit effort is aimed at reviewing existence and appropriateness of systems/ procedures for various processes
\xe2\x97\x8f Focus audit effort on systemic issues
\xe2\x97\x8f Identify and suggest opportunities for savings and cost control, if any.
\xe2\x97\x8f Provide inputs for Audit Committee update.

This role will manage risk based internal audits (Inhouse & Outsourced) and IFC (Internal Financial Controls) framework for assessing design and operating effectiveness of internal controls.

Academic Qualification & Experience

MBA/Chartered Accountant (CA)
10+ years of relevant experience, Big4 Experience

Technical Skills/Knowledge

Knowledge of company\'s processes, risks and
controls including statutory requirements,
