We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Audit Head to lead our internal audit function effectively. As the Audit Head, you will be responsible for overseeing various audit activities, including internal audits, inventory, purchase, production, accounts audits and team management. The successful candidate will possess strong analytical abilities, keen attention to detail, and a thorough understanding of audit principles and best practices. Proficiency in Tally ERP 9 is essential for this role.

Position - Audit Manager- Factory

Location- Nariman Point ( As & when required @ Dahanu)

Salary- 50K Max

MALE Candidate only.

Qualification- Graduate with 5+ Years experience in Audit. Especially from Manufacturing.

Responsibilities:

Internal Audit:

Analyze accounting processes and procedures.

Review financial data, reports, and statements.

Plan and implement audit processes and policies.

Coordinate with internal and external audit processes.

Present audit findings to senior management.

Identify business process risks.

Document all audit evaluations and results.

Ensure timely completion of audits.

Adhere to company rules and regulations.

Inventory/Stock Audit:

Monitor and confirm inventory records for accuracy.

Review and analyze inventory paperwork for discrepancies.

Conduct physical stock counts and compare with records.

Collaborate with other departments to coordinate procedures.

Recommend strategies to improve processes.

Record information in inventory management systems.

Purchase/Material Audit:

Review purchase orders, shipping documents, and records.

Inspect warehouses to ensure inventory levels align with standards.

Audit incoming and outgoing shipments for accuracy.

Conduct physical inventories to ensure accurate valuation.

Inspect physical inventory for damage or spoilage.

Perform cycle audits to verify accurate inventory costs.

Consult with management and suggest solutions.

Production Audit:

Inspect raw materials for consistency and integrity.

Maintain, test, and troubleshoot instrumentation devices.

Test a percentage of products based on industry standards.

Report problems to senior management.

Create an effective testing protocol for all product lines.

Verify final product quality, labeling, and packaging.

Submit daily production reports to management.

Make recommendations for improvement.

Accounts Audit:

Check cash payment vouchers and payments to suppliers and contractors.

Verify bank reconciliation statements.

Highlight any fraud or corruption to management.
