Audit Manager will help to train and develop procedures that mitigate fraud in an organization or company so as to achieve the audit objectives and goals of the organization. An internal audit manager undertakes different functions to ensure effective management of an organization\xe2\x80\x99s internal audit processes and procedures. \xc2\xb7 Assist to develop the organization\xe2\x80\x99s yearly audit plan \xc2\xb7 Handle audit assignments, review all paperwork and audit reports \xc2\xb7 Review the reports that were prepared by other auditors \xc2\xb7 Initiate different project planning and help to assess risk \xc2\xb7 Develop audit direction for the rest of the auditors in the organization \xc2\xb7 Provide leadership to other auditors on various assigned tasks and ensure satisfactory outcomes \xc2\xb7 Perform different audit tasks which include preparation, paperwork, and other associated reports \xc2\xb7 Help to verify the exactness of different financial situations as they relate to liabilities, assets, expenditures, receipts, and other transactions \xc2\xb7 Take part in the coordination of audit assignments and ensure good interactions with the administrators, staff, external auditors and law enforcement agencies \xc2\xb7 Participate in the development and implementation of policies by providing short and long-term planning \xc2\xb7 Recommend different methods that could help to enhance and improve control procedures \xc2\xb7 Work with the management to resolve issues that may have been identified through audit findings \xc2\xb7 Conduct follow-up on all the different audit assignments given to other auditors \xc2\xb7 Make a research on the latest trends and other issues relating to the industry \xc2\xb7 Guild and advise the team in the organization to ensure that the development and processes adopted are legal, and work to achieve a wide range of organizational goals \xc2\xb7 Ensure proper documentation of the results of the audit evaluations \xc2\xb7 Plan and allocate resources and staff in accordance with their skills and schedules \xc2\xb7 Ensure that audit software are up-to-date \xc2\xb7 Perform other related assignments as assigned by the management.
