Job Summary:

We are looking to hire a female Civil Engineer with 2-3 years of experience in site inspection and audit (internal & external) processes. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting site inspections, ensuring quality compliance, and supporting internal and external audits as per ISO and company standards.

This is a dual-role opportunity that combines both on-site presence and office-based auditing work.

Key Responsibilities:Site Inspection:

Perform on-site inspections to verify construction activities align with approved drawings and specifications. Document non-conformities and follow up on corrective actions. Ensure adherence to safety and quality standards at the project sites.

Audit Responsibilities:

Conduct and support internal audits as per ISO/QMS requirements. Coordinate with third-party and regulatory bodies for external audits. Maintain audit documentation and assist in continuous improvement processes. Prepare detailed reports and ensure timely submission of findings and corrective actions.

Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering

Experience:

2-3 years in site inspection and audit (ISO/QMS or similar standards) Strong knowledge of QA/QC processes, audit procedures, and civil construction standards Good command of MS Office and documentation/reporting tools Excellent communication and coordination skills Willingness to travel to project sites as needed

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
