Roles and Responsibilities

Possess good data analytical and reconciliation skills. Leading, guiding, motivating, coaching and mentoring the Audit teams in the vertical to ensure completion of Audit deliverables in a timely and efficient manner; and ensure/enhance clients satisfaction. Prepare audit findings and assist in developing technically sound solutions to address issues raised. Ability to understand and align with customer's business/technology domain Perform and control the full audit cycle including risk management and control management, financial reliability and compliance with all applicable directives and regulations. Identifies control gaps and opportunities for improvement. Identify key areas of risk within the organization and propose appropriate controls to mitigate the risks Proper Resource/Team allocation, guiding, and monitoring Audit work on multiple audit assignments in the allocated region to ensure timely and satisfactory completion. Coordinates work with Legal & Compliance, Finance, Operations, Sales, Plants and other control-related activities with others within Internal Audit.

CHARTERED ACCOUNTANT FIRM EXPERIENCE,
