Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive

Audit Executive

to conduct daily stock audits across multiple warehouse locations. The role involves frequent travel, ensuring inventory accuracy, compliance with company procedures, and timely reporting. Candidates should have good analytical skills and basic knowledge of Excel.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct daily stock audits at various warehouse locations as assigned. Verify physical stock against system records and identify discrepancies. Prepare accurate audit reports and submit findings within the required timelines. Ensure compliance with company policies and audit guidelines during checks. Coordinate with warehouse teams to gather necessary data and resolve issues. Maintain proper documentation of audit activities. Escalate any major stock variance or operational concern to management.

Requirements

Minimum qualification: Bachelor's degree or relevant diploma. Basic proficiency in

MS Excel

(data entry, basic formulas, report preparation). Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to travel daily to different warehouse locations. Self-motivated, disciplined, and able to work independently.
