We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical
Audit Executive - Stock / Inventory Audit
to conduct thorough stock audits and ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory standards. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in inventory auditing, strong understanding of accounting principles, and the ability to identify discrepancies and recommend improvements.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct
stock and inventory audits
across multiple locations to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with internal policies and regulatory norms.
Perform
physical stock counts, reconciliations, and process audits
to detect and report discrepancies or inefficiencies.
Review and evaluate
inventory systems, internal controls, and risk management procedures
related to stock management.
Document and report audit findings, highlighting
process weaknesses, discrepancies, and actionable recommendations
.
Analyze
inventory transactions and stock movements
to ensure proper documentation and adherence to accounting principles.
Identify
inventory shrinkage
and propose corrective actions to improve accuracy and reduce losses.
Prepare, review, and present detailed
audit reports
outlining audit methodology, findings, and corrective actions.
Collaborate with
Operations, Finance, and Supply Chain
teams to ensure proper inventory handling and documentation.
Ensure
compliance
with internal audit standards and regulatory requirements.
Stay updated with
industry best practices
and relevant
auditing and accounting standards
for inventory management.
Requirements
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience:
1-3 years of experience in stock/inventory auditing, accounting, or a similar role.
Technical Skills:
Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and audit procedures.
Proficient in
MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
and inventory management software.
Familiarity with accounting principles, internal controls, and regulatory frameworks.
Soft Skills:
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Good communication skills (both written and verbal).
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team.
High level of
integrity and ethical standards

Pay: ₹12,000.95 - ₹15,000.00 per month
