Skills & Abilities:
Good Communication skills in English (Written as well as Verbal)
0 - 5 years of prior business experience Statutory auditing
Work with the Audit practice to execute Statutory Audit & Accounting
The candidate will be expected to be a team member in large assignments whilst exercising
compliance with our Audit Manual, auditing standards, and legal regulations.
Demonstrated supervisory experience and ability to meet challenging client.
Knowledge of applicable IFRS and business laws and regulations
Ability to present concisely and descriptively in both oral and written formats
Strong mentoring and performance delivery skills.
Excellent client service skills, with the ability to understand the clients' Businesses.
Ability to analyses complex processes and to determine the efficiency and
Effectiveness of the process and related controls.
Excel/Word capability required; flowcharting capability desired, audit
Command Language (ACL) preferred
Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Audit Executive for a full-time, junior-level position at our Ahmedabad location. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 3 years of work experience. As part of our team, you will play a key role in executing audit assignments while ensuring adherence to relevant regulations and standards.
Qualifications and Skills

• Proficient in statutory audit, with a deep understanding of regulations (Mandatory skill).
• Strong knowledge in conducting financial audits, focusing on accuracy and compliance (Mandatory skill).
• Understanding of the International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) framework (Mandatory skill).
• Experience in performing internal audits, identifying inefficiencies and recommending improvements.
• Skilled in preparing coherent and comprehensive financial reports for various stakeholders.
• Familiar with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) compliance and applications.
• Adept at planning and organizing detailed audit schedules and strategies.
• Good grasp of Goods and Services Tax (GST) regulations and their implications on business processes.

• Conduct audits across various functions to evaluate the adequacy of controls and management processes.
• Identify audit findings, prepare audit reports and suggest strategies for improving internal controls.
• Collaborate with clients to gather and analyze financial data, verifying the accuracy of records.
• Ensure compliance with IFRS, GAAP, and other financial regulations and standards.
• Assist in the preparation and implementation of audit plans and strategies for comprehensive audits.
• Enhance client satisfaction by delivering insightful analyses and clear recommendations.
• Stay updated on the latest financial and audit standards to improve auditing practices.
• Support the wider consultancy team in various projects, extending functional audit support.
