Audit Central Team Specialist - Senior Analyst - Deloitte Support Services India Private Limited
As a Senior Analyst in Audit Central Team (ACT), you will support our Audit & Assurance practitioners throughout Canada with Client Relationship Management (CRM), getting risk clearance, Client Acceptance and Engagement Acceptance process, coordinating to set-up pricing/WBS charge codes and reports from various internal platforms. You will need to have a strong attention to detail, critical thinking, ability to remember and apply process guidelines for various scenarios.
About our team
ACT supports Audit & Assurance practitioners throughout Canada with creating/updating accounts and opportunities in CRM and other SAP based firm applications.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Entry of Account and opportunity information in CRM, ensuring compliance with firm standards
Updating/editing opportunities for the Audit & Assurance practice
Perform basic background and conflict checks
Understand confidentiality, discretion and professional conduct in all aspects
Creating WBS charging codes and editing them with a high degree of accuracy
Respond to requests promptly and concisely
Collaborating in ad hoc special projects as required
Produce quality work in a fast-paced environment, meeting deadlines as well as client expectations for quality and timeliness
Assess work to determine best practice for efficient and accurate completion of projects
Flexible to switch between responsibilities based on volumes and business priorities
Engage in cross-functional collaboration to support broader team objectives
Work location & shift timings
Hyderabad office
Hybrid model (work from Deloitte office minimum of two days in a week)
2 pm to 11 pm IST
Qualifications
A Bachelor's degree with minimum 3 to 6 years of work experience in similar role
Required Professional Skills:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders and leadership
Strong time management, listening and comprehension skills to meet stakeholder expectations on quality and timelines
Strong analytical and logical skills with great attention to detail
Flair for creative problem solving, critical thinking, flexibility to manage multiple projects, and prioritization
Exceptional interpersonal skills with demonstrated ability to build relationships with stakeholders and colleagues across levels and geographies
Proactive commitment to continuous learning and professional development relevant to the role
Required Technical Skills:
Working knowledge in MS-Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams and Outlook
Preferred Skills:
CRM knowledge
SAP working knowledge
Sales Force knowledge
