Roles and Responsibilities
At Deloitte, you are expected to contribute to the firm\'s growth and development in a variety of ways, including:
Skillset - core contracting and negotiation skill set, preferably based out of Mumbai
Functional Risk Designee - Legal

• Review and negotiation of contractual documents such as Engagement letters, NDA, MSA, SOW etc., from a business risk management perspective
• Negotiate contracts with the client
• Review of alliance arrangements
• Review of RFPs & tenders
• Coordinating with the business teams and the Central/ legal teams to ensure clearance of contractual documents.
• Reviewing vendor onboarding documents as per firm policies
