Job Description

The role will include performing following tasks as a member of team:

1. Performing financial audits, internal audits, and cost control audits
2. Preparing Budget statements, reconciling accounts, analyzing data, and issuing and presenting balance sheets
3. Assisting the clients in compliance with tax and fiscal laws such as RERA, TDS, GST, IT
4. Analyze the business model and assess its capital structure and finance needs
5. Prepare the deal flyers/information memos/projections, etc.
6. Appraise and liaison with the investors and lenders for sanction, fundraising, and post-sanction/equity placement compliance.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

License/Certification:

Bachelors in Accounting / Commerce Degree (Required)
