Vacancy for Audit Assistant at A J BHATT AND ASSOCIATES.

Work exposure will be given in the following fields:

Taxation, Tax Audit, Internal Audit, TDS, ITR etc.

Role Objective

We are looking for a detail-oriented Audit Assistant to support our audit team in reviewing financial statements, ensuring regulatory compliance, and maintaining accurate financial records. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in basic auditing procedures and a strong commitment to accuracy.

Key Responsibilities

Audit Support:

Assist senior auditors in planning and executing statutory, internal, and tax audits.

Documentation:

Prepare and organize audit working papers, vouchers, and financial reports.

Verification:

Conduct physical verification of inventory and cash, and reconcile bank statements.

Compliance:

Ensure all financial transactions adhere to GST, TDS, and other relevant taxation laws.

Data Analysis:

Use

MS Excel

and

Tally

to analyze accounting data and identify discrepancies.

Requirements & Skills

Education:

B.Com / M.Com / CA Inter (preferred).

Experience:

1+ years in an auditing or accounting role.

Technical Skills:

Proficiency in

Tally ERP 9 / Tally Prime

.
Advanced knowledge of

MS Excel

(VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables). Familiarity with GST and TDS.

Personal Traits:

High level of integrity, strong analytical skills, and the ability to meet strict deadlines.

Local Preference:

Candidates residing in or near

Panvel/Shirdhon

are preferred due to the job location.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
