Key Responsibilities:
Maintain day-to-day accounting records and ensure accuracy in financial reporting.
Prepare and post journal entries, invoices, and reconciliations on a regular basis.
Support statutory, internal, and tax audits by preparing and providing required documentation.
Ensure compliance with accounting standards, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
Handle client interactions via email, calls, and meetings to clarify queries and provide financial updates.
Prepare MIS reports, financial statements, and audit schedules as required.
Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes.
Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, and internal teams to resolve audit findings.
Manage vendor/client accounts including invoice verification, payments, and reconciliation.
Provide advisory support to clients regarding accounting processes, compliance, and financial matters.
Requirements:
Bachelor's/Master's degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance.
Professional qualifications (CA Inter / CMA Inter / ACCA) preferred but not mandatory.
3+ years of experience in accounting, audit support, and client communication.
Proficiency in Tally / ERP software and MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Strong knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, and compliance requirements.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective client interaction.
Attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and ability to work independently.
