Job Description

A key internal control professional responsible for providing a continuous, real-time auditing function to ensure absolute adherence to RBI regulations, prevent fraud, financial irregularities, and operational risk. This role serves as an early warning system to ensure absolute adherence to RBI regulations and internal policies, with the primary objective of preventing fraud, financial irregularities, and operational risk.

ob Description are as follows required at AXIS Bank Branches : o Real-time Auditing:

Conduct daily, substantive checks including high-risk transactions across Deposits, Gold Loan, Forex and Cash Management.

Compliance

: Ensure strict adherence to KYC/AML norms, statutory deductions, and all banking laws and Policies.

Risk Management:

Proactively identify, immediately report, and escalate control weaknesses, policy deviations, and early warning signs of fraud or income leakage.

Reporting

: Prepare and timely submit Concurrent Audit Reports (CARs) with clear observations and corrective action recommendations. Must ensure zero tolerance for failure to detect major irregularities.

Operational:

Punctuality is mandatory; must report to the branch by 09:30 A.M. and complete a 9-hour workday.

Ready for mandatory rotation to any branch within Mumbai

Education:

Minimum B.COM

Experience

: Minimum 1 year in bank or concurrent audit

Skills:

Strong working knowledge of

Banking Systems and banking Policies/Laws

Salary : 15000 PM / 17000 PM
