We are seeking an ambitious, highly competent, and qualified

Chartered Accountant (CA)

to join our team in a key leadership role. This opportunity involves a diverse and challenging mix of professional services, including Audit, Taxation (Direct and Indirect), and bespoke Customised Consulting. The successful candidate will be expected to drive performance, lead teams, and play a critical role in system management and client service delivery.

Compensation

Salary Range:

?50,000 to ?90,000 per month (commensurate with experience and interview performance).

Employment Type

Full-time, Immediate Joiner Required.

Key Responsibilities

The role encompasses a dynamic mix of functions, requiring a high degree of versatility and technical expertise:

1. Leadership & Management

Playing a

leadership role in system implementation and management

to enhance operational efficiency.

Team Leading:

Mentoring, guiding, and managing junior staff and team members across various functions. Taking ownership of project delivery and ensuring compliance and quality standards are consistently met.

2. Client Coordination & Consultation

Client Coordination:

Serving as the primary point of contact for key clients, managing relationships, and understanding their complex business needs. Providing high-value,

customised consulting services

(e.g., business strategy, financial modeling, regulatory advisory).

3. Core Professional Services

Audit:

Planning, execution, and finalization of Statutory and Internal Audits for various entities.

Direct Taxation:

Managing corporate and individual tax compliance, advisory, and assessment proceedings.

Indirect Taxation:

Handling compliance and advisory for GST and other indirect taxes.

Candidate Requirements

Qualification:

Must be a

Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA)

.

Experience:

Proven experience in a mixed profile role covering Audit, Taxation, and Consulting is highly desirable.

Communication:

Good command in English

(both written and verbal) is essential for effective client and internal communication.

Intellectual Acumen:

Must possess a

good IQ

and strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.

Soft Skills:

Demonstrated experience in

client coordination

and proven track record of

team leading

.
