Job ID: 39870 | Location: Airoli, Maharashtra, IndiaAt Clariant, the Internal Audit (IA) team, as a third line of defense, plays a vital role in providing independent, objective assurance and consulting services. Guided by global IIA standards and a commitment of adding value, the team's purpose is to improve processes and prepare Clariant for the digital future. The IA team supports the organization in achieving its objectives by taking a systematic, disciplined approach to assess and enhance governance, risk management, and control processes. The team is driven by the Clariant Code of Ethics, which outlines core principles and values. Data analytics is a key part of the Internal Audit digital strategy, and as an Internal Audit Analytics Lead, the role is crucial within the IA team. In this position, the individual will help expand the team's data analytics capabilities and integrating it into regular process audits in Clariant. The role involves monitoring and enhancing the analytics platform, delivering business process risk insights, and continuously assessing risks. The person in this position will evaluate and report on controls effectiveness, risk management, and governance processes during regular and special audits. Collaboration on the design and enhancement of digital risk assurance tools will also be key. This position reports directly to the Global Head of Internal Audit and works closely with the Senior Audit Manager for Digital, Methodology & QA. The role is based in Airoli, Navi Mumbai, India.Responsibilities

• Lead and enhance the IA Data Driven Audits by understanding business processes, analyzing data, providing insights, and ensuring continuous quality improvement.

• Translate SAP Process understanding into design documentation for audit analytics
• Design and implement data analytics solutions to support process audits, including operational, financial, project, and standalone data analytics audits.
• Analyze, and visualize data to make decisions and improve process. Communicate the results to different global stakeholders.
• Identify innovative opportunities for applying analytics to enhance risk assurance and optimize business processes.
• Responsible for the run and support of audit analytics as a service, and oversee the transition of analytics products to business functions and the second line.

Requirements

• University degree in Audit, Accounting, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or related fields.
• More than 5 years of relevant experience, preferably in a global manufacturing organization.
• Strong knowledge of SAP processes, modules, and data models.
• Strong analytical and audit skills with keen attention to detail, enabling rapid assessment of processes, risks, and controls while ensuring accurate and clear insights.
• Desired experience with analytics tools such as Power BI, SQL, Python, R, process mining, machine learning, ETL, APA (Analytics Process Automation), ETL, AWS, MS Azure, etc.
• Highly motivated to learn new tools and help identify new solutions.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly to global stakeholders on different management levels.
• Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and innovate solutions.
• Value team accomplishments more than individual wins, ability to operate within a global team
• CIA, CISA, or other audit, and compliance certifications are a plus
• Fluent in English
• Willing and able to travel globally up to 25%
