Conduct pure tone audiometry, impedance audiometry, speech audiometry, otoacoustic emissions (OAE), BERA/ASSR (Brainstem Evoked Response Audiometry / Auditory Steady State Response) and vestibular evaluations.
Identify type and degree of hearing loss and balance-related disorders.
Maintain accurate records and diagnostic reports for clinical and medicolegal purposes.
Rehabilitation & Treatment
Recommend appropriate intervention plans (hearing aids, cochlear implants, assistive listening devices, therapy).
Perform hearing aid trial, fitting, real ear measurement (REM), tuning, and follow-up adjustments.
Provide auditory-verbal therapy and tinnitus management assistance when required.
Patient Counseling & Education
Educate patients and caregivers on test results, hearing device usage, maintenance, and communication strategies.
Support patients emotionally throughout their rehabilitation journey.
Conduct awareness and counseling camps in communities and corporate setups as part of the clinic's outreach programs.
Clinic Operations & Compliance
Ensure calibration and safe functioning of audiological equipment.
Follow clinic protocols, safety standards, and healthcare regulatory compliance.
Coordinate with ENT specialists, speech therapists, pediatric specialists, and customer service teams for holistic care delivery.
Support tele-audiology and digital consultation services (if applicable).
