Job Description

The Role:

We are in search of an Audiologist with a solid training background who can act as an internal Subject Matter Expert (SME) within our award winning team. This role involves using your specialized knowledge to inform and guide the development of cutting-edge digital learning modules for audiology and related disciplines.

Key Responsibilities:

Serve as the in-house expert on audiology, providing insights to inform content creation for digital learning courses. Collaborate with instructional designers to develop accurate and effective training materials for audiology professionals. Review and validate audiological content to ensure its scientific accuracy and relevance. Conduct virtual training sessions and webinars for learners and professionals within the field. Keep abreast of the latest research and advances in audiology to update course content and training materials. Assist in the design of simulations and interactive media pertaining to audiological education. Provide expertise in the development of assessments and evaluation metrics to measure learning outcomes and content efficacy.

Qualifications:

A Master's or Doctoral degree in Audiology from an accredited institution - Preferred Valid licensure as an Audiologist in India, with a minimum of 3 years of clinical experience. N1

Japanese Language Proficiency (JLPT N1)

. Prior experience in educational roles, such as training, coaching, or teaching. Exceptional English language proficiency, capable of explaining technical or specialized concepts to non-experts in a clear and engaging manner. Experience in digital content creation or willingness to learn. A passion for education and a commitment to leveraging technology in learning. Remote working with Full time, Part Time or Contractual basis
