We are looking for qualified and compassionate Audiologists to join our team across Mumbai, Navi Mumbai, and Noida. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assessing hearing and balance disorders, recommending appropriate solutions, and ensuring high-quality patient care.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct pure-tone audiometry, impedance audiometry, speech audiometry, and other hearing assessments.
Diagnose hearing loss and recommend appropriate hearing solutions.
Counsel patients and caregivers on hearing health and rehabilitation options.
Fit, program, and fine-tune hearing aids using best-practice protocols.
Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
Provide post-fitting support, follow-ups, servicing, and troubleshooting for hearing aids.
Collaborate with ENT specialists and clinical staff for integrated patient care.
Educate patients on hearing conservation and preventive measures.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Audiology (BASLP / MASLP).
Valid RCI registration (or willingness to obtain).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Experienced candidates are both encouraged to apply.
Preferred Skills
Knowledge of hearing aid brands and fitting software.
Good patient-handling and counselling abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a healthcare team.
Attention to detail and strong clinical judgment.
