Key Responsibilities



Conduct diagnostic hearing evaluations and balance assessments for patients across age groups. Interpret audiometric test results and prepare detailed reports. Recommend and fit appropriate hearing aids or assistive listening devices. Counsel patients and caregivers on hearing management and rehabilitation strategies. Collaborate with ENT specialists, speech therapists, and other rehabilitation professionals for comprehensive patient care. Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with medical documentation standards. Stay updated on audiological technologies, research, and best practices. Ensure adherence to all clinical, ethical, and regulatory standards

Qualifications & Requirements



Educational Qualification:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Audiology / Audiology & Speech-Language Pathology (BASLP / MASLP) from a recognized institution.

Licensure:

Registration with the Rehabilitation Council of India (RCI) - mandatory.

Experience:

0-3 years (fresh graduates with clinical internship experience are welcome).

Skills:



Proficiency in audiometry, tympanometry, OAE, and related diagnostic procedures. Strong patient communication and counseling skills. Team-oriented with a focus on patient-centered care. Professionalism, empathy, and strong documentation abilities.
