Position:

Speech and Language Therapist

Coimbatore / Dindigul

Key Responsibilities

Assess and diagnose

speech, language, communication

, and

feeding/swallowing disorders

in children. Develop and implement

individualized therapy plans

tailored to each child's developmental profile. Work with children having

Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), ADHD, Learning Disabilities, Developmental Delays, Speech Delay

, and

Articulation or Fluency Disorders

. Conduct

one-on-one and group therapy sessions

as per centre protocol. Maintain accurate

session records, therapy goals, and progress notes

. Collaborate closely with

occupational therapists, behavioural therapists, special educators

, and the clinical director. Provide

parent counselling and training

, helping families continue progress at home. Participate in

case reviews, team meetings, and internal training programs

. Engage in

community awareness and screening programs

organized by Enfance.

Qualifications

Bachelor's / Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology

(BASLP / MASLP) from a recognized university. Valid registration with

RCI (Rehabilitation Council of India)

. Minimum

1-3 years of pediatric experience

preferred (freshers with strong clinical interest are welcome). Knowledge of assessment tools like

Receptive-Expressive Emergent Language Scale (REEL), ADOS-2, PLS-5

, etc., is an advantage. Strong communication, empathy, and documentation skills.
