Responsibilities:
Assessing, diagnosing, and treating speech, language, voice, and swallowing disorders in individuals of all ages
Creating personalized treatment plans, educating patients and their families about their conditions
Collaborating with other professionals to improve communication abilities; this includes performing screenings, identifying the root causes of communication issues, and developing appropriate therapy techniques to address specific needs.
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
Provide therapy and do regular follow up of patients
Stay current with best practices and research in speech pathology and audiology
Conduct Basic audiological evaluations, including pure-tone audiometry, speech audiometry, relaxometry, tympanometry, and OAE
Interpret audiological test results and make recommendations for treatment or further evaluation
Provide counseling and education to individuals and families regarding hearing loss and hearing conservation
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care
Maintain accurate records and reports
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in ASLP
Experience working in the above field
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Should be fluent in English & Malayalam

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
