Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

System Design & Integration:

Design and plan AV systems based on project requirements. Select appropriate hardware (e.g., microphones, speakers, cameras, control systems). Integrate AV solutions with IT infrastructure and networks.

Installation & Configuration:

Install AV equipment including displays, speakers, control panels, and wiring. Program and configure control systems (e.g., Crestron, Extron, AMX). Test and troubleshoot installed systems to ensure optimal functionality.

Maintenance & Support:

Provide on-site and remote support for AV systems. Perform regular preventive maintenance on AV equipment. Troubleshoot and resolve hardware/software issues promptly.

Operations & Events:

Set up and operate AV equipment for meetings, conferences, and events. Collaborate with event coordinators and IT staff to ensure seamless AV delivery. Provide technical support during live events and presentations.

Documentation & Reporting:

Maintain documentation of systems, wiring diagrams, and settings. Track inventory of AV equipment and manage repairs/replacements. Generate service reports and assist in budget planning for AV needs.
