We are expanding our technical team! We're looking for passionate and skilled Audio Visual Technicians (LED Specialists) who can handle the technical execution of large events and installations. This is a field-based role and requires extensive travel to various event locations across India.
Key Responsibilities:
Install and set up LED displays, video walls, and AV equipment at event venues.
Perform electrical wiring, signal looping, and system configuration.
Collaborate with team members and clients to understand technical requirements.
Ensure smooth operation of AV systems during live events.
Troubleshoot issues on-site in high-pressure situations.
Safely dismantle and transport equipment post-event.
Support warehouse team in equipment maintenance and inventory when not on-site.
Stay updated with the latest AV and LED display technologies.
Who We're Looking For:
Candidates with experience in LED display installation or a strong interest in AV technology.
ITI/Diploma holders in electronics, electrical, or related technical fields preferred.
Willingness to travel frequently and work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
Freshers welcome - full training will be provided.
Strong team spirit, ability to work under pressure, and problem-solving attitude.
Physically fit to lift, load, and transport equipment.
