Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Set up, test, and operate microphones, speakers, amplifiers, soundboards, and recording devices. Mix, record, and edit audio for live events, videos, e-learning modules, and digital media. Troubleshoot and resolve sound-related technical issues during rehearsals and live sessions. Maintain and organize all audio equipment, ensuring functionality and readiness. Collaborate with creative and production teams to align sound quality with project requirements. Perform sound checks and ensure optimal acoustics in various environments. Manage and store recorded materials safely, following file naming and archiving standards. Keep up-to-date with new audio technologies, software, and production methods.

Qualifications & Skills:

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Audio Engineering, Sound Design, Music Production, or related field. Proven experience in audio production, mixing, or live sound operation. Proficiency with DAWs (e.g., Pro Tools, Audition, Logic Pro, Reaper, etc.). Strong knowledge of microphones, mixers, and signal flow. Excellent attention to detail and ability to work under pressure during live setups. Good communication and teamwork skills. Understanding of acoustics and sound calibration. Knowledge of AI tools such eleven labs
