THE ROLE

The hours for this role are 12:00 - 21:00 (IST), to coincide with our UK office hours.

Responsibilities will include:

Monitoring of Automated Reports + Monitoring of key deliverables
+ Notify clients/Kantar of any delays within set SLA

Resolve or escalate issues
+
Client Support + Investigate, escalate, respond or assign queries via Jira
+ Data queries

New barb subscribers
+
Audience Reporting + Prepare and deliver accurate and timely audience reports
+ Take ownership of assigned reports, ensuring they are delivered to agreed deadlines
+ Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in all reports
+ Work flexibly to cover reporting responsibilities during colleague absences and annual leave

THE ESSENTIALS

Alteryx:

Experience in data analysis, transformation, and workflow automation using Alteryx.

MS SQL:

Basic knowledge of MS SQL in order to facilitate investigations.

Monitoring:

Experience in monitoring processes to ensure timely completion, with the ability to escalate issues when required.

Query Management:

Managing and responding to queries, resolving minor issues independently, and developing expertise in data.

Service Desk:

Familiarity with help desk tools to track and manage support requests would be an advantage but is not essential.

Problem Solving:

Strong analytical skills with the ability to investigate and resolve issues.

Attention to Detail

: Ensures work is completed to a high standard of quality by thoroughly reviewing tasks to minimize errors and prevent issues from arising.

Time Management:

Work in a fast-paced environment ensuring adherence to strict deadlines and SLAs. Ability to juggle multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines, managing priorities effectively.

Communication:

Strong written and verbal communication skills to interact with teams, stakeholders, and clients.
