Requirements
Key Responsibilities (KRAs)

• Manage and grow YouTube and social media channels.
• Drive audience growth, engagement, and community building across platforms.
• Plan and execute content strategies for posts, reels, videos, live sessions, interviews, and promotions.
• Monitor platform insights, analyze performance, and optimize strategies for better reach.
• Stay up to date with the latest social media and entertainment trends.
• Collaborate with creative, design, and editing teams to deliver high-quality digital assets.
• Optimize content using effective SEO and SMO techniques.
• Moderate and manage comments, messages, and audience interactions.
• Maintain and protect the brand's digital presence in alignment with company goals.

• Growth in YouTube views, watch time, and subscribers.
• Increase in social media followers and engagement rates.
• Growth in monetized revenue from digital platforms.

Skills & Competencies
Functional Skills

• Strong knowledge of YouTube and social media platforms.
• Understanding of content optimization (SEO/SMO) and analytics.
• Familiarity with content monetization and performance tracking.
• Basic knowledge of video editing and graphic design tools.
• Experience with AI tools for content creation and enhancement.
