Job Summary:



We are seeking a dynamic, well-groomed, and customer-focused

Sales Executive

to join our Audi showroom team. The ideal candidate will have experience in premium automotive sales and be capable of delivering exceptional service and achieving high-value sales targets in a competitive environment.

Key Responsibilities:



Welcome customers professionally and understand their vehicle needs. Provide detailed information on Audi models, features, specifications, and pricing. Conduct test drives and explain key performance and luxury features. Guide customers through financing, insurance, and documentation processes. Maintain follow-ups with potential and existing customers to ensure satisfaction and drive referrals. Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets. Ensure the showroom is tidy, presentable, and aligned with Audi brand standards. Participate in showroom promotions, product launches, and marketing activities. Coordinate with the CRM and after-sales team for seamless customer experience. Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and closed deals.

Candidate Requirements:



Minimum 2-4 years of automobile sales experience (luxury or premium segment preferred). Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent negotiation and closing skills. Pleasant personality with a professional appearance. Knowledge of premium vehicle features, financing, and customer expectations. Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office tools. Bachelor's degree preferred. Valid driving license is mandatory.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
