Responsibilities

• Maintain and update the contract repository while ensuring its accuracy and accessibility.
• Research and stay updated on relevant laws and compliance standards impacting contracts.
• Handle dispute resolution and identify areas for process improvement within the contract lifecycle.
• Train and mentor junior team members on contract management best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Law (LL.B.) with 4+ years of experience in contract management.
• Proficiency in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts across various industries.
• Strong understanding of contract law, regulatory frameworks, and compliance standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder collaboration.
• High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
