Key responsibilities

Client interaction:

Responding to client inquiries via phone, email, or in-person, and providing accurate information on attestation and visa processes.

Document handling:

Coordinating the attestation of personal, educational, or commercial documents, which may involve government ministries and embassies.

Liaison and coordination:

Working with internal teams, embassies, and consulates to ensure smooth and timely processing of documents and visa applications.

Record keeping:

Maintaining organized records of client interactions, transactions, and document progress.

Administrative support:

Handling administrative and clerical tasks, such as managing appointments, couriers, and mail.
Required qualifications

Education:

A bachelor's degree is often required.

Language skills:

Fluency in English and Hindi, along with at least one regional or foreign language, is frequently mandatory.

Communication:

Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential for handling client interactions.

Technical skills:

Proficiency in Microsoft Office is generally needed, and familiarity with computer applications is a plus.

Experience:

Prior experience in customer service, visa processing, or document attestation is considered an advantage.
