Job Description

:
Lead and supervise the delivery of emergency medical and trauma care to all patients presenting to the A&E department.
Perform comprehensive assessments, investigations, and management of acute medical, surgical, and trauma cases.
Provide senior clinical decision-making support to junior doctors and nursing staff.
Ensure appropriate triage, prioritization, and management of critically ill patients.
Liaise with other specialties to coordinate patient care, referrals, and admissions.
Participate actively in resuscitation and major incident management.
Supervise and mentor registrars, residents, and junior doctors.
Provide clinical teaching and training sessions for medical and nursing staff.
Lead quality improvement and patient safety initiatives within the department.
Participate in clinical audits, morbidity & mortality meetings, and departmental reviews.
