Handle calls from US-based AT&T customers
Provide technical support for internet/mobile/network issues
Troubleshoot basic technical problems
Recommend or upsell AT&T plans, services, and add-ons
Achieve sales targets while maintaining high-quality support
Update customer information in the system
Follow AT&T guidelines and process compliance
Skills Required:
Excellent spoken
English
Ability to handle International customers (US)
Comfortable with
Night shifts
Experience in International Voice / Tech Support / Sales is preferred
Basic technical understanding (internet, routers, devices)
