Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled ATS-Friendly Resume Creator who can create high-quality, job targeted resumes using our existing templates. The role involves understanding client requirements via WhatsApp, crafting tailored resume content aligned with the client's target job, making revisions as requested, and ensuring timely delivery with excellent client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Collect, verify, and understand client details, experience, and career goals through WhatsApp communication. Analyze the client's target job role, target location, industry expectations, and job descriptions to align resume strategy. Create ATS-optimized resume content using relevant keywords and role-specific language to improve shortlisting chances. Prepare resumes using company-approved existing templates (no new template or design work required). Thoroughly review each CV to ensure all details are accurate, consistent, and aligned with client requirements, while maintaining a clear, professional structure that meets ATS standards. Deliver completed resumes to clients within the agreed turnaround time while maintaining quality standards. Implement client-requested revisions and updates promptly until final approval is received. Professionally request client feedback or reviews after successful order completion. Maintain strict confidentiality and data privacy of all client information and documents. Submit daily work reports with clear status updates on assigned and completed orders. Handle repeat clients by managing new orders or future edit requests, collecting payments as per company guidelines, and completing assigned work professionally.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Strong experience with Google Docs and Microsoft Word

Ability to use AI tools for resume content optimization and keyword alignment

Excellent English writing, editing, and proofreading skills

Good understanding of ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) and resume best practices

Ability to customize resumes for different job roles and industries

Strong communication and client-handling skills

Ability to manage multiple orders, meet deadlines, and follow processes

Willingness to learn, adapt to feedback, and improve continuously
